1:30 has been a bit of a tough interval for me.
1st time through. Went out in a 1:12 like a fool on the first one. 1:17, 1:18, 1:22 and 1:23 to follow. Hurting a bit by number 5
2nd time - started to fix errors from number. Tried to descend effort, and went from 1:23, 1:22 and then slower on the last few, but still in time
3rd time - tried to emphasize relax in stroke and catch phase. Struggled, and missed pace on the very last one
Chose to swim with the wrong people for pacing purposes. Need to fix that for next time
