Here my mind is speaking to your mind:
We all came from the Eternal Spirit. Then we took on bodies which have minds to accomplish the work that we are supposed to do. When the job is done we shall return to where we came from. We are still Spirit, the good, the bad, the ugly, not just the beautiful but we are lost in the cacaphonies of this world, our physical needs, our mental needs, financial needs, our aches and pain, our winnings and losses, our success and failure. No one belongs to us. Nothing that we own is ours. The hurt,the joy, the boredom that we feel are not eternal. Only our Spirit is eternal. I keep on meditating on this and i am blessed.I wish someone told me this when i was younger. But then i may not be able to understand anyway. From now on i keep telling my loved ones, my friends, whoever meets me along the way this precious truth and they are blessed. Please receive this blessing if you will.
