. . . Which, has been hurting like heck for a while now.
It was doing this last year as well untill I bought myself a pair of 'wedge heeled' sandals, to wear around the place. The improvement in my ankle was immense! Well, the sandals became a bit 'sole-bear' and the ache in my ankle (plus 'swelling') returned. It's amazing how a pain in your foot, can hinder you from accomplishing the most menial tasks! But, I have got me some new ones, the relief is simply amazing! . . .

I too, have known ankle pain. Good shoes are a necessity, not a luxury.
Much better now I have got these sandals - I shouldn't have waited so long before purchasing them
