NW pulled a good one. They had new rates for July 1 2006, but didn't have them available, so you had to go to quotit.com to develop the quote, only problem, they changes the passwords without telling us. ( and we went to Hawaii with these people as a top producer?) Wait! We are not done yet, so then they decided to add smoker rates for August. Now we have more confusion! but wait!
There's still more, they required a new application for July, OK, we can deal with that, but there's another problem, NW has the signature page printed on the reverse side of the "Leave with applicant page". Now those are some smart people they have working there! needless to say, We have rewarded these people significantly less production since July!
