The Georgians and the Ossetians, plus the Chechens, are Russia's criminal hotbeds. They've always had problems inside Russia proper from the Caucasian elements. As for Georgia, I have little sympathy for them. As for Russia, what a mess. They are a basket case, second only to our neighbor Mexico.
