  Pick a Winner

Can you see that Bella loves her work as a therapy dog? We visit a special nursing home one Saturday each month. Our club has been invited to send entries to a national contest where the winner gets big prizes (I can't remember what they are right now.)

Do you think I should send any of these in or should I keep trying? I do have a couple of others I'm considering but so far these are my favorites.

Number 1:

Number 2:

Number 3:

They are all very good, but #3 really stands out, if you ask me.

My daughter has a dog named Bella, and she has visited senior homes.

I love that third picture especially. Go for it! What have you got to lose?

I like number one because you can see more of Bella's features.

I like them all. If Ihad to choose just
one,I supposeI would choose no. 2.
Definitely submit a photo. If you get
any where the patient is actually hugging
Bella, that would be nice.

I will try for one like that. I have others but it has to be current... Good to see you made it over here!

Great that you do this...I vote for #2.

Thanks Steve! With a dog like Bella, how could I not share her? She's the friendliest dog I've ever known.

very nice pics. its hard to chose just one. I wonder if Brody/Buddy would be a good therapy dog. wonder if he'd do well with old folks. he's great with little kids. your right, it does take a dog with special qualities.

reguards
yer if I were a dog, I couldn't do it pal

There are lots of opportunities for therapy dogs to work with children too! Email me if you're interested - I could write pages about it...

All three are very, very good. I would have a difficult time choosing only one. The three depict different situations and different levels of caring by Bella. Really nice.

I like numero 2 myself. I love how Bella just hopped up on the chair next to the lady and also the lady has a big smile on her face!

Awesome that you can do this! I thought about it with my Kraymer but he's too neurotic and wouldn't do well...

Well, maybe your next dog will be right. It does take a special dog - Bella is a natural. You can't train it into them - either they are into it or they're not. Thanks for your vote!
