Here are some questions to ask yourself

Do you fall asleep while sitting or reading?

Do you fall asleep while watching television?

Do you fall asleep sitting inactive in a public place such as a theater or a meeting?

Do you fall asleep as a passenger in a car when traveling for an hour without a break?

How likely is it that you would fall asleep sitting and talking to someone?

How likely is it that you would fall asleep after lunch?

Do you ever fall asleep in a car while stopped in traffic?

Do you ever catch yourself falling asleep while driving?

Have you ever been told you snore loudly?

Do you have high blood pressure?

Are you overweight?

Are you usually grumpy or irritable?

Have you lost your sex drive?

Do thoughts race through your mind that prevent you from falling asleep?
Do You Have Sleep Apnea?

Do you wake up and cannot go back to sleep?

Do you have trouble working because of sleepiness?

Do you have "sleep attacks" during the day no matter how hard you try to stay awake?
