i don't know about this new place yet. i'm still trying to figure it out. i know some people who have told me they are here,and told me there name but i don't see how i can find them. i tried the place on the front page where it says something about finding a user but it doesn't seemto find anyone. i also have read some blogs and thought i would try adding a friend but havent figured out how to add anybody. maybe i have to be here for awhile first before it will let me add paople. right now, i can only seem to find someone if they are online right now and they are on my first page. i see myself as pretty computer savvy, so it shouldnt be this hard. guess maybe i'm just expecting it to be more like my old place. well - duh - if it was just like the old place it would still be the old place.
anyways i'm giving it a shot. i have so many things i would like to write about....i just have to set down and do the writing. i'm hoping today i will have some free time. keep your fingrs crossed for me.

gee-i just read this over.....pretty boring kinda thing. oh well. i got to start someplace and this is it.

ok-got to go for now....i'll be back - that's a promise or a threat, which ever way you want to see it!! LOL

the thing is....the user names don't have a thing to do nor are they anything close to nittineedles.....they only have something within their post that the system thinks is what i am looking for. I don't get it. i know a lot of people from blogster who are here, but can't get to their blogs unless they happen to post near the time i am online. i should be able to type in SOMEWHERE "nittineedles" and have it show me you! Dag-nab-it! Oh well....not something to stress over....blogging is s'posed to be a stress reducer....I think!

I tried that blue box....and I just went and tried it again. After I click on search here, it brings me to another page with a box to put in whatever I want to search for. Just for fun a couple minutes ago I put in "nittineedles" and it brought me up 5 results....none of which was you! Maybe it's all tied into the other problems I having. Hopefully Eddie will respond to me with some help! Oh well.....(big sigh in there!!) Thanks for trying to help me with this. You folks are all so nice!

I had to put a comment to Eddie on the first page of his blog, because that error I have won't let me send him a message. There is no "add friend" anywhere. And yes, I am signed in. If I try to click on webmail, it tells me I need to sign in, and yet when I do, it won't sign me in. Even though I am already signed in. I think Greasy doesn't like me.....no, not you fellow bloggers, just the Greasy site itself!! (Just kidding around....I'm sure it's just some little glitch!) Thanks for helping me out. I appreciate it.

When you read someone's blog, at the top where it says, "User Center" "Write Post"...that kind of thing...there's something that looks like a cross and it says, "Add Friend". Just click on that to add the person you're reading..And welcome to Greasy!

when you go to someone's blog, at the top on the left side is an add friend button. I haven't found a way to search for users, I just keep checking the newest articles list to find people.
