A new direction to empower all the employees of GodsWaitingRoom!

That’s the load of bunk our fearless leader MisterAdministratorMan [MaM…haha] is trying to spin. I’ve noticed that “empower” is his most favoured word when dealing with us all at the in-service meetings. He also is fond of saying it will help weed out the lazy bastids…well, okay not exactly in those words…who will not be able to handle the future changes.

After the last head of department meeting, my boss MissNancy was confiding in me about some of these changes that will affect specifically us. She has the habit of doing that…the confiding, being the nosey cow that I am, I like it. Bibs will be a thing of the past and in their place will be linen napkins and tablecloths. My immediate response was to bark out a OhFuckCackle. It was at the thought of my co-worker HorribleLazyHagLikePottie dealing with the like. MissNancy’s immediate response to my cackle was to go into damage mode. Thinking I was displeased with the changes.

I’m not.

There are challenges in changes.

Plus, it will tie in with my “please sir, may I have some more” payrise talk with the MaM.

Linen tablecloths and napkins? Hmm...challenges in change indeed. But at least you'll have something a bit prettier to look at instead of shittydrawers.

All I get is a place mat and a paper towel. Guess I'm not old enough for linen tablecloths and napkins.
