I have no idea who you're talking about, but my son has type 1 diabetes & it will not be "cured" by diet or no insulin. The type he has is absolutely insulin dependant. All exercise & diet helps diabetes from what I've learned & I've had diabetes in my life my entire life, so I feel rather confident in saying that. Although....every diabetic is different. :)

But I do agree, faking any type of illness, let a lone a disease as serious as diabetes (which is a life-threatening illness in my son's case), is totally twisted!

I'm having trouble w/my ex trying to be my best friend. He can't be anymore. I don't want to be his. I just want to be civil for the kiddo. That's all. I don't want to chit chat & giggle, I don't need that from him either....sometimes it's funny (as in uncomprehensible {spelling?!}) to me as to how I even thought he was someone I wanted & should marry....

I absolutely agree with you about bro & gf. I wish them the best though, hopefully they'll be able to pull it together & keep it there soon. Having some things in common is a total positive in a marriage. I can't imagine not having that.....

Aw, the sweetie!! I'm glad he's home....bless ya both!!!

Watch out for CareCredit.....I used it for a surgery I needed...it's interest free for a while (a year or so?)...then you'll get a lump sum added when that times up. Sounds like you made it though with a really deceent bill so I'm sure you'll have it all paid before the year. =)

oy. Personally, when I see this picture, the scarf is not a big deal. Not my style but I just thought the background looks fake hahaa!

I don't get it either .. I guess to generalize, 'people' assume no one is going to be perverse or that no one will consider anything like this inappropriate? I don't know. I really hate to see any child treated like a piece of meat. Let the kid be a kid & enjoy their life. But the thought just hit me too...there are many people who don't "get" how to be a parent either..
