  Sorry

I just discovered something that I should have already been aware of, and that is there are comments that have been left on my posts that I have not seen or replied to. It never ocurred to me that time was going by without me seeing any or most comments until two days ago.

I happened to go to a blog that I had already written to "pluck out" a little information and I noticed the comments below it...and noticed I hadn't replied to any. So, I looked at them and realized I had never read them because I had never seen them before.

I know I am receiving notifications from greasy, so I am aware of the posts made by others and whenever replies are made to my comments. But, for some reason, I am not getting or seeing notifications of all comments left on my posts. I have fallen behind in my emails, so it is possible that I am missing some notifications or haven't yet reached some, but I'm not sure how much of this might be true.

So, I am not going to take any chances. I am going to be looking back on my previously written posts and check for comments. I will reply to any that I have missed. I also plan to scan some posts made by my greasy friends to make sure I haven't missed any posts.

I am so sorry if I have not acknowledged some of your comments or if I have missed some of your posts. It wasn't intentional and I plan to make up for any misses I have made.

Some days it's just too difficult to go through every single comment left and respond to them. I tend to fall behind in that as well. You don't need to apologize.

That's all anyone can do...their best

Time-wise, it can often be challenging. But, I just don't think I'm getting all the notifications, the "heads up" I should be getting. All I can do is do my best, right?

Dear Donna... My email inbox is filled daily with posts that i simply haven't time to read... Makes me feel guilty too. I reckon many people are very good at feeling guilty, it's what we're best at.
No guilt trips about not responding to responding...... and don't respond to this

Ok, I won't.

Oh, no big deal. I never remember where I've commented and am not conscientious about replying to all comments my own self. It all averages out.

I suppose there are times when a reply really isn't even necessary or necessarily expected, but I like to make the effort to at least let people know I've read what they've written by acknowledging somehow. Maybe I shouldn't feel so bad if a few are missed because I actually do read everybody's "stuff".

It's just that it's rather frustrating. It's bad enough that I am having trouble catching up and keeping up with everything, but to discover that some things are completely missed is a little upsetting to me. I miss being on time, but I really dislike not being there at all.
