My heart and soul are filled with contentment and hope. Everything around me is bright and filled with laughter.
I'm so happy today.

I'm starting to really enjoy this single thing. I finally really feel at home in the house I've made and I like it here a lot. I feel proud of how far I've come and I'm starting to feel the rewards. I'm happier. I'm sending out more positive energy. I'm making more and more new friends. I'm my own person and I'm starting to learn who that is. I like her. She's my friend. I smile when she's happy and feel her pain when she's sad.

I've spent the day with my kids and tonight I'm going over to one of my new friend's house (the man I've spoke of) to have dinner and wine that he's making me. I'm happy about this yes, but this is not the source of my happiness.

It really is coming from within!
