I had a really great weekend and although I'm off today for Columbus Day, it feels like the weekend is over since G is back to work. (Gosh, I miss him)

Saturday night my kids went to their dad's and we had Rhon, Flan, G's brother and sil over. We ordered pizza and wings, had a couple drinks, listened to music and laughed our butts off. We mostly laughed at Flan. He's sooo freaking funny. It's like going to a comedy show right in the middle of your own living room! Our stomaches were hurting from laughing. Rhon's new puppy, Pippy, came over and met my dogs for the first time too. I'm so in love with that puppy. She has the most awesome personality and she's so smart already at only 13 weeks old.

Yesterday morning we slept in a little and then G went and got us some coffee. We drank coffee on the couch together and planned our day. We went up to visit with my grandparents for a while as they will be going to Fla. soon and we haven't visited with them in a while. Then we picked up subs and went on a beautiful picnic over looking the river and beautiful fall foliage. I took some pictures and we just enjoyed the simple things in life.

When we left there, we came back home to feed and let the dogs out. We cuddled on the couch for about 20 minutes before leaving to go have dinner with my parents. They will be leaving for Florida next week too.

It was a nice weekend and I'm lonely today.
