Good Afternoon

Hope you are all doing fine there.

Things has been quiet here at the school house.

Waiting for the result of my MRI that I had on

Sunday morning for an hour and a half.

Doing images of my neck,back,leg etc.

They think that I may have a pinch nerve.

I was doing the Zumba one day at the club.

This is a new type of aerobic.

Gave it a shot and liked it a lot.

It is a combination of salsa,rhumba,cha cha.

Even got to shake my shoulder and move it

like a stripper.LOL.

Was fun and the music is great.

I will try to find a video on this.

To give you an idea what it is.

Well anyways,while doing this and must say

this is quite a workout.

Notice the my left leg went dead.

No feeling at all,just ugh!!!!!!!!

Did not last too long as the feelings came back.

The Dr.wanted to check this out to be sure

nothing going on.

Today and yesterday was fine.

No problem in playing tennis and going for my

walk.Maybe doing too many things.

We will see,and in the meantime continued

with the living.LOL.

Boy, do I hate the MRI process. The little elves hammering on the machine as they tell you to just take a nap are my favorite part. I posted the report of My Left Ankle MRI earlier today!

yea,got one part of the report today.
Some disc diease with narrowing of the canal.
Going to see a spine specialist.This is typical of ageing.

Fredo I am so glad you can still do the Zumba but you might want to take it a little easier. Hope the mri is good.

well got one report on this.The neck disc some disease
Narrowing of the canal and they want me to see a spine spec.
