Well after hearing all about saving money at the market.
Buying their brand.
Went to shop around and see what I can get for the
dollar.
My first stop was the bread isle.
I normally pay around three or four dollars a loaf from
top brand.
So bought a loaf of 12 Grain bread the market brand.
First let me tell you a lot of this bread is made by the
top brand and they sell it under their name.
This morning for breakfast we had yogurt and 12 grain bread.
This was a test.Well I liked it a lot and thought that the
bread was much crisper than the good brand.
Just only pay 1.59 a loaf and damn cheap.
Even the texture was better.
So,will keep on buying this for now.
My second one is Peanut Butter
Creamy Reduced Fat Peanut Spread.
Contain 60%peanuts.
At a cost of 1.56.(1 LB 2 0z.
Skippy cost 2.50
I have not taste this one yet,will do in the future.
Now many love a good Italian Bread if they can find it.
With the cost of flour way up I passed on this.
Now on the way to checking out they always have a rack full
of Italian bread their brand at a cost of .99
This is good if you used it right away while it is still fresh.
The longer you keep it,becomes very crusty and hard.
This for me do not like,so toss it.Yea,a waste but to each his own.
While checking out I noticed that many for the shoppers are
buying the market brand and they all seemed to be happy
with it.
Mike is doing the full shopping tonight and will see how
much that we saved.
Finally got Mike to take five canvas bag to load up.
I do not want any plastics or paper if you cannot helped it.
Can wait till he gets home and see the expression on his
face.
I am sure a lot of you have tried this.
I also bought their brand of milk and orange juice.
Not bad.
I can go on and one but do not want to bore you with this.

well as you know market brand are a few cents cheaper then
the name brand.But also have to keep any eye on their
nutrition value sorry about the misspell.
will see.Mike is happy as he found some waxed sand.bags.
Part of us going green.Pretty pricey but worth it.
He is the only one using it.

Have to watch out for the corn syrup that is in this stuff Bad stuff and puts on weightFor a diabetic like myself, I really have to worry about that

I am very aware of corn syrup.Always check out the value.
Pnut butter does not have corn syrup or my bread that I buy.
We are very educated on this.We have been on low fat diet for
quite some time now.Neither one of us gained any weight from
the things that we eat.Excersise and keep moving is our
way of staying thin..
