This is Mary's beloved Hoo Horse.

Two of our son's roping horses and Hoo (Far right) in our north pasture.

Those pictures were so much fun to look at. I had to chuckle when your granddaughter was upset at such a short ride. I was also impressed by how you trained your horse to take a bow. That's very cool!!

The bowing was the result of Mary's work with her horse. She just loves Hoo to death, and he loves her right back.

Little Alyssa was fine. She's got old grampy wrapped right around her little finger. After this picture was snapped, I put her back up on the horse for five more minutes. Then we went into the house and together we baked chocolate chip cookies from scratch. (My one and only culinary claim to fame.) Then we sat down and watched a Hannah Montana video.
If it is not clear to you, I love this little girl with all of my heart. I truly believe that I would lay down my life for her. (No exaggeration.) She is just so good. So precious. So pure.

Yes. I am blessed, and I know that I don't deserve it. That's okay. I can live with that. There are horses, cats, dogs, friends and family all around me. The love that is present in my life is absolutely incredible. I wish everybody could feel what I feel every single day!

Yeah. They are partial to Robert Redford. They also love Nick At Night's reruns of Mr. Ed. (HELLOOOOOOOO Wilbur!)
Actually, the huge satellite dish in that pasture bit the dust recently when we finally bit the bullet and brought cable into the house.

Actually, I do have two cats. I just don't have any pictures of them. And yes, Alyssa is a petite six-year-old princess, and Hoo Horse is a very tall and majestic steed!
