STEPS IN THE EVALUATION PROCESS

The evaluation process^,, begins with a number of broad preparatory steps that set the stage for more specific ones related to management of the evaluation project. The manager works his or her way through these before getting down to details of the evaluation effort:

·   Make a formal commitment to the idea of doing program

evaluations.

·   Communicate this policy to program staff.

·   Form an initial judgment on scale and budget.

·    Decide on professional leadership.

•  Define the rules of all the parties to an evaluation

خطوات عملية التقويم

تبدأ عملية التقويم بعدد من الخطوات التمهيدية التي تحدد مرحلة من أكثر المراحل ارتباطا بإدارة مشروع التقويم، حيث يبذل المدير جهده في هذه المرحلة قبل الدخول في تفاصيل عملية التقويم :

1-    التزام الرسمي بفكرة أداء تقويم البرنامج

2-    توصيل سياسته للعاملين بالبرنامج

   3-     تكوين تقدير أولي حول الميزانية والمقياس

   4-     اتخاذ القرار المتعلق بالقيادة المتخصصة

   5-     تحديد ادوار كافة الأطراف في إطار ممارسة التقويم
