Earlier in the week I asked those of you that pray to pray for my son's girlfriend's dad. Thanks for praying. He is getting better and is expected to be released from the hospital soon. Again, thank you.

My daughter went out to the Waterpark with her boyfriend tonight. She caught an afternoon bus to Kapolei and then met him at the skatepark. Once there, they drove to the Waterpark and watched a movie. The Waterpark has a new ride called the Tornado and it has a built in screen, in the water, for movies. She said it was great! Then, just as I was about to call my daughter to find out when she would be home, there was a knock on our door. I was surprised to see her boyfriend waiting at the door with her. He wanted to meet me. I was pleasantly surprised. We talked for a bit and then they said their goodbyes (I came back in the house -- hehe) He seems like such a good kid. He seems very responsible. He said he wanted to walk her to our door because it was late outside and he didn't feel safe letting her walk alone. I like him! He's very respectful.

My son went skateboarding today with a friend of his and is going out again tomorrow. His ankle that was hurting is getting better so he had a good time.

It's been a good day.

A nice gentleman, that is so rare and commendable these days. Your good kids seem to have pretty good judgement skills, too, and that's great.
