Haven't been on in a while and the world keeps spinning.
It's not easy finding a home in my area. If you do find one it is usually a double- wide on leased land and lenders don't want to give you a mortgage for that. Or, the houses are way out of our price range.
Our problem is that we don't have great credit, and no money for down payment. All the programs in the world that can help us get a mortgage and closing can't help with down payment.
I need to get my kids out of the place we are in, they are about the only white children in the complex and they are like targets when they go out to play ( two of them-twins-have blond hair and blue eyes, go figure).
Any ideas let me know cause I'm lost.
