‹ chat statusAfter what has been the best part of 5 years I have finally quit breastfeeding and decided it is time to trade in the functional "over the shoulder boulder holders" for something a little more - sexy!
It had been so long since I had bought proper underwear that being measure was a must. Anything to stop my lady humps from looking like tights with tennis balls in the toes! Do my boobs hang low do they wobble to and fro can I tie them in a knot can I tie them in a bow. Can you throw them over my shoulder like a regimental soldier, do my boobs hang low!? In answer to all of the above - you betcha!
Anyway off i went to the lingerie dept and got my self measured. I near died when she told me I was a 38 E - jeez does that "E" stand for ENORMOUS? I thought I was in the region of a 36 D or maybe DD but not and "E". No wonder the sight of my toes is just a quick glimpse every now and then. They must think that there is a rain cloud permanantly above us as they are in the shadows all the time.
Once I recovered from the shock of the tape measure it was time to hit the rails. I remembered the choice for the fuller bust was chronic a few years back so I was a little nervous as to what lacy delights awated me. But hey I have some cool new bras. Fuscia pink, a white one with funky spots all over it and a really nice floral one with red lace. If only DH would let me keep it on long enough to get used to having a bustline with shape!! ;)
Can't wait till our next visit to the lingerie dept as I could do with a couple of plain ones for under t-shirts.

If I lost some weight, mine would dissapear altogether.
Breastfeeding took about 2 cup sizes away from me.WOW-size E!!!!!!!!!!

Glad I made your day. The copious amounts of chocolate consumed doesn't help the mammary glads get any smaller. I am goinmg to have to try and do something especially as they get to where I am going about a week before the rest of me!!
