Fortunately, these Mexican doctors love to prescribe injections. My sinusitis or infection or whatever landed me in the doctor's office again today. I just love samples. He had everything he prescribed on hand except for the effervescent cold tablets. Included in my little bag of pharmaceutical goodies was a small vial of miracle decongestant. I dropped by the Red Cross Hospital and asked them to do the honors. This is a fairly common practice around here, I suppose. They just calmly looked at my prescription and promptly ushered me back to the "stickum" room. I think the whole ordeal took less than two minutes. My head was already clearing up as I walked out the door.
I've had shots in several places here in my fair town. As a result of my experiences, let me offer the following advice:
