I've been looking at a lot of blogs and have determined that most of them have one maybe two posts and then they die. So most likely this is my first and last post. And you know the more I think about it the more I think that I don't have time for this kind of non-sense.

I starting this thing because I like to tell people that I have friends and family around the country. I tell people that these "friends" are really interested in what's going on in my life and I don't have time to field the large volume of calls I get all the time from them. Or it's because I've lost touch with a lot of friends and family and I'm looking for an easy way to keep them engaged in my life, mainly so I have sofas to sleep on around the country.

So if anybody that doesn't know me is actually so bored with their own lives that they are reading this, here's the basics,

I live in denver with my wife.
Been married almost 2 years
Grew up in Chicago
Work at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory where we make renewable energy mostly out of coal and oil.
I'm a crappy bike racer
I'm old.
I'm fat.
I'm not a lot of fun to be around
I ride on the Haul'n Ass Race Team.
There are a lot of fast guys on the team.
My wife is hot and smart.
My life gives other old, fat, dull crappy bike racers hope.

For the bike nerds I have a couple of bikes:
Primus Mootry TT, road and cyclocross bikes
Giant NRS
and an Orbea starship frame that sits around
