Man, it's been a long couple of weeks of training and I am wrung out. The forms is finally coming around though. Watts are up HR is down. I've been tons of LT intervals and a weekly TT series. The TT times have been getting better every week, that's always encouraging. But I'm pretty cooked. I've got one more week of this crap and then some recovery to get ready for the State TT championships. I'd like to medal but there's always some pretty stiff competition. I'm not a big guy so I don't put out a ton of watts but somehow I hold my own.
