Hello all friends!

I'm an ex-blogster, and now I'm here. I can't wait to start blogging again.

I'm feeling pretty tired today, and I went to bed on time last night. I did get up early to do Tai Chi. I'm realizing that I'm never going to get any better without practice. It's just so hard to fit in. I'm also feeling pretty fat. I've been gaining weight lately, and I suppose binge eating hershey kisses did not help last night. However, today...I'm going to the gym. And I did make it Tai Chi practice despite the fact that it was 5 degrees outside. Winter is always hard on me, but I'm pulling through!!!
