I know Mary just posted something with the same title but I swear it was in my brain before I saw her post!

I went home for lunch and saw the neighbors door wide open and an empty condo. Could it be? Are the awful awful property value decreasing neighbors LEAVING????

It is decidedly so.

I am ecstatic. Now I just hope that the next neighbors don't leave all their garbage out back and don't let their kids run around in the hallway ringing people's doorbells and don't throw their screen door on my patio and don't have a zillion people living in a tiny 2 bedroom condo and don't have people constantly coming and going and aren't loud late at night.

well that certainly isn't pleasant though... yappy dogs are not fun!

As far as my place, the rest of the condo residents are respectful and fine - just these people were atrocious!!!
