As I've said before, i'm starting a Web Design Course and according to the course Instructor he said i'd be using the 'Dreamweaver' program to complete the course. I've heard of this program, buit never used it. I'm suspecting that this course is going to cost approx 6K but I don't want to invest in something that has an useless qualification at the end ... He's had to visit the GP 3 times today to have his blood pressure done. His B.P is 170/100, and he's only 32. Can you believe that!
