One of the kids guinea pigs died this afternoon. Emily's taking it the worst, no matter how much I say he's in heaven running about in acres and acres of grass she still cries.  James and Layla don't really understand but they are talking about it. I'm surprised how quickly they got attached to them after-all we hadn't had them 2 months if that! I think the reason the guinea pig died is because we had gale force winds last night and made them all cold. well I brought they're hutch indoors now in the dry away from the elements. I can't imagine what Rogers going to say, he doesn't like them one bit. Fil introduced the kids to the guinea pigs with out our knowledge, we didn't have any say in it. oh well, as long as they're cleaned every day and roger can't smell them I think they'll be allowed to lodge here.

My hubby doesn't care for the little critters, but I'm a nurturer of anything small--except spiders, snakes and bugs--little lady bugs are a different matter, however.

father in law is so nice, giving your kids pets without asking you. I think I would repay the favor by having him babysit all the kids, all at one time!
