I Need Help/advice: Calling All Hair Dressers Here

Well unlike Augusta - I like to take risks, and in fact I am about to take a really big one.  She's going to kill me probably because I will be going against her great wisdom when it comes to hair colours.

I dyed my hair Ultra Violet 2 weeks ago + I permed it, the colour turned out brighter than I wanted it to, so today I bought another colour to go on top to see if I can get rid of the purple. Only trouble is there's a big risk of it turning pink! I don't know what to do? The box said that if your hair was the darkest brown, the colour I bought would probobly turn a little darker than the models colour showing on the box which is honey blonde.

Shall I go ahead or not?

I made it through my classes today so I'm doing pretty well. I still have some pain and swelling but that's to be expected...not like it was.
Thanks for asking!

Great Lynnette! Sounds fabulous too, I think it will suit your colouring as well - look forward to seeing it change of subject, did you check out those wasps? I regularly check the outside walls, just in case those little blighters decide to squat again

I can't see no wasps on the walls outside, well I said 'I' when in fact I sent Joss out to check, he's as blind as a bat - he couldn't see the wasp by his foot earlier, I'll send Roger up the attic after he's had some dutch courage

It went a lovely rich Mahogany! I'm happy with that, at least it isn't purple pink orange or green 'and' my hair is still fixed to my head

- Lynnette, by now you are probably in the middle of putting the new colour on, when you phoned me, you ommited to let me know that you had 'permed it' as well!!! If you were here now, I'd be smacking your behind Good luck with the 'new you' - if you are happy with it, put some pics up of it
P.s. don't forget to check the wasps!

10 mins to go, like i said to mary, it's developing into a chestnut colour - for now! it looks nice, but the finished result will be totally different as it always does. but at least it aint purple pink, orange or red

you might have a disaster on your hands. on the box of coloring should be a phone number to call for help. I would suggest you do that before trying to color over the violet.

Mahogany was the final colour result which suits me down to the ground, I was desperate to get rid of the Violet, gosh it was a shocking colour
