  A Suprise Experience.

Last night we had one of the biggest lightening shows I have ever seen. The sky came alive around 9pm with very slow moving thunderstorms. Eagerly I lept up from the chair to see if I could capture some lightening shots. Capturing some great shots would have been amazing, but I don't have a high speed camera; I know this now, but at the time I give it my everything - I had to try.

The sky was flashing away furiously, I aimed the camera at the sky just as the lightening striked, my luck would have it, it was one of those quick one of flashes not one of the multiple flashes that we had been seeing. But what happened during the flash from the camera was just as phenomenal!

As the camera flashed we saw the rain in front of us 'fizzle' it was like we could see electricity falling from the sky. It was so weird. All the boys around me were jumping about asking - 'OMG - did you see that? - did you see what happened then? we dashed inside to see what we caught on the camera, it wasn't what we wanted - no lightening flash, just a black space with colored rain! I kept the photo as a memory of it. None of us ever never experienced anything like that before. Has anybody else seen this happen when they have tried to take snap shots of lightening?

Still, even though this picture doesn't seem like much, it holds alot of secrets lol - 'WEIRD'
