  Unseasonable Gales!

South Wales (where I live) has been battered by storms! Not the Thunderstorms that some would think but by damaging 'Un-seasonable Gales'. The Gust's have peeked into the 80mph and have made driving conditions imposible. Hubby and I had to venture out today and face Mother Nature head on and I'm not lying when I say Roger had to have both hands on the wheel and blinkers on just to keep us on the road let alone in the right lane! To put it another way, there were more branches and twigs hitting the windscreen than rain

It's been predicted that we are going to have more of the same for the next 36 hours, and the rain is in for the rest of the week.... so out of desperation for a quiet life I'm going to buy my kids 'Kites' - tomorrow!

lmao - I hate British weather!!!

etc.Gotta dig those out.We were staying with friend at

It is so, typical to have bad weather for the kiddies holidays! P & P had a great time in Alton Towers, I asked them what the weather was like and on Saturdat it was an 'ok' sort of weather, but they had the same as us yesterday (rain). They enjoyed themselves though, thats the main thing They took a couple of pictures of themselves on the rides (you know the ones like Joss took of himself in France, while he was on the ride) They do, look awesome

I've just told boffin to be careful en route to work tomorrow because of the weather you just said about. Looking out the patio window, it is seeming to improve - we have blue sky and SUN! Its a lot calmer too.
But what a difference a few hours can make - best for him to be careful
