I can't see this being a rushed post so if there are any spelling mistakes that i miss just put it down to me having a blonde moment ![]()
It's just gone midnight here in the UK, I'm wide awake because I decided to check my mailbox and found a message in there about a rare, un-usual, un-seasonable force 10 storm about to hit parts of the UK inc Wales tonight! And where's my Boy Joss - 'Stuck in the damn Mountains' with the army! I'm not to anxious anymore because I was re-assured today that the camp have an 'Emergency crew' who make sure every ones safe, and hourly weather updates; also I'm pretty sure they have a direct line to the Mountain Rescue if all goes tooties up! After hearing they're safety precautions I can imagine Joss loving every moment of it, he loves a good storm and needless to say that any fuss that is made regarding the weather will only add to his weekend thrills lol.
In a way i'm glad he's in the Mountains because the west coastal areas have been put under advisment that they might be at risk of 20ft waves as a result of winds peaking at 65mph - pretty bad eh! I hope no-ones dull enough to go storm chasing tonight.
I sniffed around the European lightening website and noticed that I'm about to have some flashes anytime now, they've recorded positive and negative strikes near me, I haven't seen nothing yet, it's pretty quiet out there - kinda like 'the calm before the storm eh!
I'll update all you weather enthusiasts tomorrow. G'night.
