Oprah: - Meranda Welcome.

Meranda: - Thank you Oprah, it's nice to be here today.

Oprah: - It's good to have you here. You look wonderful.

Meranda: - Oh Thank you, so do you.

Oprah: - So Meranda, tell me. Why did you decide to make the switch to greasy?

Meranda: - Well Oprah, let me tell you. I am new to blogging as you all know. Blogster was the only home I knew. All the bugs people were talking about were news to me as the "igloo" was all I knew. It's hard to miss something you never had to begin with.

Camera shows people in audience nodding in agreement

Meranda: - I got totally addicted to my blogster world. Logging on the minute I got to work in the mornings, reading about all the different people and their lives. Lives that are similar to mine and some that are completely different. I would write my own and then get so excited when I got comments. I would write blogs in my head that never made it to paper, think about my blog friends and worry about their worries. I spent days sometimes when I found a good blog reading past articles. Crying, laughing, caring about people I have never met. It was delicious. I ate it up.

Oprah: - Then why the change to greasy?

Meranda: - Well that took some time. When I first heard about greasy I went by to take a look. The only internet access I have is from work so I don't have flash. The pages won’t display without it, and every time you click on a new one, it comes up with the install button. Without administrative privileges, I cannot download it so it just didn't seem worth the move to me so I figured I would wait it out at blogster with everyone else.

Oprah: - And what changed your mind?

Meranda: - Everyone was leaving! And the people that stayed were complaining about the bugs and the privacy policy and one by one, all my friends were switching to greasy. So I decided it was worth the flash problem to do the switch too.

Oprah: - So how is it at greasy?

Meranda: - The pages are more visual and I already see a few old friends are here. I cannot figure out how to add friends unless I have email address's though.... I will do some searching though and figure it out. But I believe it's a good move don't you?

Oprah: - Oh yes. Definitely.

Meranda: - Me too.

Oprah: - Well, Thank you Meranda for coming today. I'm sure you have work to do so we will let you go.

Meranda: - Thank you for having me.
