I got a letter from that Dr. Cohen's office today it says I am scheduled to have myomectomy surgery scehduled on Nov 7th.
You are supposed to speak to someone before surgery is concented to. I should never have gotten letter without someone speaking to me first.
This Dr. Matthew Cohen's and his office did not ask me if I wanted to do surgery with them. They assumed it. In the "surgery package" is a DNR form. In all my life I have never seen anything like this.
How uncool is that. I am getting a second opinion on Monday THANK GOD.
Always always get second opinons. Even if you think the doctor is the best in the world. There was a case on Long Island a woman was diagnosed with breast cancer. They removed both breasts and she went thry chemo. Turns out she had no cancer her results were mixed up.
These drs are unreal!!
