Refer to distrowatch and linuxmint, Clement Lefebvre has announced the release of Linux Mint 5.0, an enhanced and user-friendly desktop Linux distribution based on Ubuntu 8.04: "It is with great pleasure that I officially announce the release of Linux Mint 5 Elyssa." ~Jun-08 2008~ (in Malaysia, Jun 09)
Bad news, five link and 1 torrent doesn't work for me because it's too busy. I don't know when will I could test this stuff that I've been waitng so long.
I am very interest with new features especially mintMenu improvements. Refer to http://linuxmint.com/rel_elyssa.php

Surprisely, Linux Mint still make sun-java and open office as permanent stuff. As I know, many distro remove sun-java and open office when they release their latest series (Maybe a large capacity factor).
Thanks for linux mint. Hope you will release dvd version. ( I h8 waiting for update, additional and upgrade because my broadband just 480kbps) I must order from on-disk if I don't want to wait too long.
ps: Ubuntu 8.04 not support Microdia webcam but ubuntu Ultimate Edition plays well. Hope Linux Mint also support microdia webcam. (Tested to Kopete, ekiga, skype, gyachi)
