Hope I have found all of my friends from the "old blog". it has just not been the same - I thought I had lost my "family".

Today is cloudy and Gray here, but I hope it rains too. My lawn and flowers might need a drink. I hate to water as I forget about it and water the streets too.

Have been trying to get my routine back to normal after all the days of sleeping my life away. Try to get up by seven and go to sleep by ten p.m. The last few days has worked.

Can't believe how tired I have been since my bout with the bug. It really took the "sap" out of me. Being 85 didn't help either.

Lost another cousin last month. The oldest of the four left was 90 years old. That leaves my sister (81), one male cousin (70 or so) and me left out of a large group of first cousins. I miss most of them very much. We used to all meet at the grandparents each Christmas and have a ball. I was among the younger ones - some were the age of my Father. Sometimes there would be about 75 people there - all aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Will try to get some pictures added and hope I find all my buddies. Nena

its nice to see you over here! that bug was a bad one, I had it a few weeks ago. getting plenty of rest does help. we are supposed to get storms tonight and I think this is the windiest year for us! take care.
