Had a good rain today - everything just lapped it up. We might get a bit more, but not as much.

My woe for the week ( I hope) was a stopped up toilet in the guest bath. That cost an arm and a leg - they even add $15.00 for transportation charge. I found a coupon and clipped it, helping some. Hope that is the last repair for a while.

My sister listens to books that are taped for the blind and I use the computer in the same room, so I have heard a lot of good books lately - plus reading my own. I love to read.

Tomorrow is doctor appointments. Time to get the prescriptions renewed and maybe a blood test also. Have not had one in about seven months. I take medications that need to be monitored. That might be my visit for a while as I am doing better every day.

My Lucy, the min-pin has been limping on three legs for a while. She finally let me look at her paw and she has a bad pad on one foot. I am going to try to get her into the vet tomorrow. Don't want the sore to get worse.
