No, that's not the name of the pattern on the socks. The yarn is really made from bamboo. 75% bamboo and 25% nylon to be precise. Although the socks look silver, the colour I chose is actually made up of four fine strands of yarn. One is beige. Another is grey and two strands are a baby blue. It's a little slippery to work with but feels soooo soft and silky. I can't wait to wear them.

OH I'm so excited for you, on some show this week they had a fashion show (GREEN ECO) and had clothes made out of Bamboo, who knew? Not I! LOVE IT, I love bamboo!!
