Why on earth am I still knitting socks? Summer has finally begun. I should be knitting sleeveless, cotton tops. It's sunny and WARM out there so why am I knitting more socks? Because, now that I've discovered patterned and lace socks, I love knitting socks. I use to hate it. I found it too boring and kept wishing my feet were a couple of inches shorter. Those are nice. Since it is towards summer, maybe knit some angle socks instead.

Oh, I love those! And, it's so appropriate to be looking at them right now, too. Here I was thinking that the warmer weather was finally here and I was done with my sock wearing (except for when I go walking) until the next cold season begins. But, we had a bout of cold, rainy weather and have been having some chilly nights since then, so I find myself slipping into some cozy socks at night. Those are really pretty and different...I really like them!
I'm jealous. My socks turned out hilarious. What was supposed to be for a two year old is big enough for me. Hmph!!!
