Hi, I am currently UN-employed and trying to decide what I can do next. Searching for a job is discouraging. At my age most employers are not hiring. I am faced with a major decision. Do I still want to try to work full time, or should I just be satisfied with my life and be satisfied? There are opportunities out there for temporary or part time work, but the pay is limited. The income at this point is not the real issue. I just feel like I should be contributing somehow, with all the experience and knowledge that I have. Since Desert Storm, my Engineering career has been over, and I have taken up woodworking and own a complete cabinet shop. I enjoy designing and building high-end furniture, but most people cannot afford it or they are satisfied with imitations. I could build small crafts and sell them on E-Bay. What do you think?
