Who Wants to Move to Hawai'i???

Our roommate is moving out the beginning of November and we need a good roommate. Anyone want to move??

here is what we are looking for:

Great, easy going gay couple (Deaf friendly-ASL) seeks ideal housemate...
The rent is extremely reasonable, and our new roommate is going to be a great fit!

Have to say it anyway...
no smoking
no heavy party animals

casual drinking ok
clean and tidy
No pets

A room in our lovely 2 bdrm apt. in Makiki (centrally located and close to bus routes) is available Nov. 1st.

Includes free parking stall, cable, and internet.
$575 + 1/3 utilities

looks like a deaf friend of ours might move in...will see!! Our current roommate has been one problem after another and we are just fed up & tired of it. I hate to see our friendship be destroyed but after living with him it maybe for the best???

Well if I can't bring my birds and I have to be clean and tidy I guess I'll have to turn you down--besides you will probably want me to share the hunky numbers I will be bringing home--or isn't that allowed? I mean bringing them home, not the sharing part!!!
Seriously good luck in finding a GOOD, HONEST roommate.
