Oh, wow, my charity 10K is only 2 weeks away.

And I just reached the One Thousand Dollar Mark for my charity!



I'm getting really excited about it! It's called the Underwear Affair and I can dress in costume if I'd like but the idea of running 6 miles in costume seems a bit uncomfortable for me. But I did buy some paisley pink print swimsuit bottoms recently that I'm thinking about as my "costume" of sorts with a white wife beater and black sports bra.

Plus my new fancy running shoes that I got at a specialty running store. They watch you run and help you buy the perfect running shoe for you. I got Brooks Arials and they are awesome - I should have gone there four months ago when I started running.

Anyway, wanted to share my excitement with all of you!

I can't believe it's 2 weeks away! I would think running and sweating in anything other than cotton would be uncomfy... but this is coming from a woman who does not run, ever.
