I think the beauty and the beast of the information age is that you can constantly find out what people are doing without having to pick up the phone, write them a letter, an email, or drop by their house for a visit. 

I have profiles on both myspace and facebook.  I can always stay current with those who I am friends with or even those who are stupid enough to leave their profiles non-private.  This is the case of my crazy ex-boyfriend. 

As you may or may not be aware.  He was both emotionally and physically.  I finally had enough and I moved out of the state of NY because it seemed that he could not move on without a court order.  Again, I don't care how pretty that you are, how nice you are, or even how good you are in bed.  If someone doesn't want to be with you, you should move on. 

My profiles are private for my own protection.  His is not.  If you want to check him out click here.  Do not message him, or anything.  I don't want him to know where I am, what I am doing or anything.
