This is just the trailer, but you get the drift. It was really cool, take my word for it.

I made spaghetti the other night, Deb's Sauce, thank you, Deb, and with it I made these biscuits.

Zucchini Cheddar Biscuits

1 large onion
1/4 cup butter
2 1/2 cups baking mix (recipe follows) or you could use bisquick
1 T minced fresh parsley
1/2 t dried basil
1/2 t dried thyme
3 eggs beaten
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded zucchini
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

In a large skillet saute onion in butter until tender. In a large bowl combine the biscuit mix, parsley, thyme and onion mixture, stir in eggs and milk and stir until just combined. Stir in zucchini and cheese.
Drop by ice cream scoop size 1/2 in apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

Baking mix...

3 cups flour
4 t baking powder
1 T sugar
1 t salt
3/4 t cream of tartar

Mix all ingredients and store in airtight container.
