Writing things down sometimes give a peaceful release! A journal also helps.

If you write it when it feels right then it was meant to be. If not, no need to fret about it for it simply means that time has passed and you are moving on.

Surrender and Release, then trust.

Somtimes it helps just to write the letter and tuck it away in a safe place and then read it later. It helps to get things out of your mind and perhaps you might want to change something you wrote previously. I can't tell you how many letters I have written that I never mailed.
