As a dyed in the wool "middle of the roader", I usually don't take a stand on things that are not messing up my neighborhood. But this involves my larger neighborhood, this state, this country, and I feel strongly that, while respecting their homeland traditions, when a person immigrates here, this becomes their new homeland, including the language. The song says it all...
