English is the Language!!!

As a dyed in the wool "middle of the roader", I usually don't take a stand on things that are not messing up my neighborhood. But this involves my larger neighborhood, this state, this country, and I feel strongly that, while respecting their homeland traditions, when a person immigrates here, this becomes their new homeland, including the language. The song says it all...

I almost choked when I saw the add above your video here. It said, "Learn Mexican Spanish".

Oh well, I agree with you. Great song.

PS: I live in Mexico now and I speak Spanish here, so I'm not being hypocritical about this.

Hi, jerms, thanks for your comment. That's hilarious, the ads are often funny, aren't they? And yes, If I was living in another country, I would be learning 24/7, to speak the language and respect their customs. It's only polite, after all....
