Just a Moment

I'm tired to the point that I'm cranky, ever been there? Tomorrow night signifies the start of my weekend, although I work at the other job on Saturday. Anyway, I'm ready to konk out right now and can barely keep my eyes open. Will talk to you guys tomorrow while I'm at summer school. If you know my story about Sammy, his sister Lilah is not doing well. Yeah, she's a dog, but she's special. I don't want her to go through pain. Think about her, please and send good thoughts and prayers her way. She may be a dog, but she's a faimily member. Later.

I'll be thinking about Lilah. My buddy Chris died on 3 July two years ago. One of our other buddies took his dog--Inky. Inky is big, and as his name implies, solid black. Inky had breathing problems and was finally diagnosed with cancer. He doesn't have much time left.

I think it is the hardest part to know that they are not doing well, but keeping them loved and happy till they leave us. I've had to do that too many times. Lilah has had a life filled with love, that's the best part.
