To say that I don't win lotto would be ludicrous. I do, I just win in drips and drabs. I'm sure if you added them all up, you'd find that I've won a couple of thousand dollars probably with all my $1 and $2 and $50 scratch offs and my consistent wins on Mega Money, but somehow the larger $$$ are very obscure to me. I keep trying thinking that somewhere along the line I'll whittle down Lady Luck to the point that I actually win a lump sum at one time. I think the most I've ever won at one time was about $300 and that was on 1 quarter put into a slot machine on a boat going to the Bahamas. Rule is: gamble on the way over, but not the way back. I've had hot streaks where every time I scratch off I win $5, $10, $17(last week). I don't go nuts. I'm not one of those people you see in line with $50 worth of scratchoffs and $100 on lotto. I play my $3 or $2 and I still win.
Last night I won again on Mega Money. A small amount, but enough to keep playing. I think if I started taking every winning and putting it in a jar, at the end of the year, I'd probably have quite a few bucks, however sometimes I need the cash to buy bread so I use it.
Tomorrow is Lotto. I don't like it. I wouldn't play at all if it wasn't for hubby. Again, we never spend a lot. We spend a few and who knows, maybe someday in the grand scheme of things, the Great Finger of Luck will smile on us. Or maybe I'll just win $2 more. Later.
