I went to the doctor yesterday afternoon and found out that I have pulled all of these muscles in my chest and ribs and separated the ribs. I also have an upper respiratory infection so, kind of got a double whammy here. The doctor prescribed antibiotics, more pain meds, muscle relaxers, rest, and time.
