Mighty, Mighty, Fine!!!!:) Thumbs Up For McCain/Palin

If you can't click on
the link please copy and paste to read more. Very, very interesting and
this is on the eve of the RNC. I just wonder if the situation was
reversed would Obama have traveled down there and left on the eve of
his DNC? Wait a minute, he is somewhere in Ohio last I heard so, no he
isn't down there seeing what he can do and if preparations are in
place. Says a LOT of GOOD about McCain and Palin don't you think. Maybe
Obama is trying to sell Obama underwear. Yep, you heard me right
apparently you can buy Obama underwear on the campaign site along with
buttons and all the other stuff. Almost immediately after McCain
announced Palin as his running mate there were all kinds of shirts,
buttons, caps, bumper stickers, signs that had McCain/Palin. It is
funny however that Obama's is just that "Obama" not Obama/Biden. Maybe
Obama underwear will sell better than Obama/Biden underwear? Why would
you want underwear with a canidate's name on it???? LOL

McCain
on RNC and Gustav

Aug. 31: Republican
presidential candidate John McCain traveled to Mississippi with his running mate
to check on the preparations for Hurricane Gustav. After his visit, the McCain
sat down with NBC’s Brian Williams for an exclusive interview.

In other news:

Bush, Cheney to skip Republican convention

President says he'll instead monitor Hurricane Gustav from Texas

After
a briefing at FEMA headquarters in Washington Sunday, President Bush announces
that he'll monitor Gustav from Texas on Monday.

After reading Grumpy's post about him being pissed off you can read my comment I left on Grumpy's. Just to let you KNOW I'm pissed off too after reading it. So, ummm keep that in mind if you comment here!!! Nuff Said!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You know that I'm a Republicrat or a Demican. REally, But the bottom line here is that we need to play nice. I don't necessarily agree with STrider about his views, but I'm just going to pick my battles. Don't feel like getting into this garbage again. Lord knows I have enough going on.

I don't knock anyone, but as I've learned this is a public forum and sometimes you get people who will criticize what you post. I don't agree with those people necessarily, but I do believe we all have the right to say what we want. I care about Jenn, but I don't have the energy to take sides in a blog war, Hazel. Way too much going on in my life.

Hey, I'm not knowcking anyone. Wrong person to say that about!

Is Jenn not your Friend? She could use some support. She doesn't know I wrote this. She is a good person. Everyone just wants to knock her down just because she posts what she believes.

You can find McCain underwear too ... http://clothing.cafepress.com/mccain_election_underwear

Lots of times candidates don't have control of what's sold in their name. I didn't see any underwear on either candidates endorsed site.

Very interesting.

Oh boy Bush the worst American disaster is watching a current developing disaster...As for the election, as Obama says, it's about us and always has been...name calling is just so juvenile don't you think Jenn?

Strider DON'T even go there!! Because *YOU* have kept things going back and forth along with some others from blogster to here, and from here to blogster. I have read your posts there and here even as of recent you have done this. I have refrained from it!! But DON'T tell me what I can and cannot say on my blog!! We have different beliefs, political views, ect.

If you *really meant* what you said in your first sentence in this comment to me:

Jenn frankly Because of the civil nature of greasy, I'll stay away from comment on your site here.

Then, you would have stopped right there. But, you want to bring up the past and try and slam me and make me look as bad as you can and you look good. That is a LIBERAL LEFT WING tactic!! It is rather sickening!!

Just because I believe that a person is a person and an important human being even though they are *special ed.* and NOT what was commented about Sarah Palin's youngest child on your blog. Then now you are going to SLAM me and try to bring up the past and throw it in my face!! How nice of you!! f I am soooo glad you never have done anything wrong!!

You have done plenty!!! Everyone (including you) did wrong on the other site during that time. I apologized publicly on my blog and my husband who is no longer on there did too!! But, I NEVER saw that come from you Strider. As for what the others did I have no control over. I do know that James (Eky) and I made our peace and apologized to each other. Too bad you want to start this again and bring all of this bad stuff up.

Oh yeah, and Holly and I made our peace too and talk to one another even on the phone sometimes. No, just as friends not part of her business.

I think you would be best to apologize to me and leave this in the past where it belongs!!!!

And if you don't then SHAME ON YOU for bringing it up again and using it to slam me and my husband!!

Jenn frankly Because of the civil nature of greasy, I'll stay away from comment on your site here. For many of us, we can not forget your past behaviour on Blogster as you wreaked havoc with so many users trying to get them kicked off with that texasbushie, psycho and GOP Joe and most disappointing many of us for no reason at all. I'm not sure what I ever did to you? You criticized Greasy and all of us here, and then arrive here? I don't understand you or your moral compass, however, that is not my responsibility. I'll stay away from any future comment here. Thank you.

Don't really think you are in the position to appoint yourself the judge and jury of the worst American disaster speaking of the President or any other human being like that!!!
reply by texastar on Sept 1, 2008 4:49 AM ()
You've done the same thing!
reply by texastar on Aug 31, 2008 8:36 PM ()
that is pretty cool about them checking out the area the hurricane is due to hit. kind of shows me they have the country's best interest in mind and not who is wearing their underwear!
comment by elkhound on Aug 31, 2008 6:32 PM ()
Oh yeah and they will do that for sure!!
reply by texastar on Sept 1, 2008 7:05 AM ()
Anything to make a buck ($$$) these days; Obama will need the money after he loses this election, and the party throws him away under the bus just like they did Hillary!!!
reply by oldfatguy on Sept 1, 2008 6:34 AM ()
You got that right!! I couldn't believe it when I found out the Obama camp. was selling Obama underwear!! Good Freaking Grief!!!
