Berg Filed an Answer Sept. 29th, 2008 <---obamacrimes.com

(Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania – 09/29/08) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States, announced today that he filed his Opposition and Brief to Obama and Democratic National Committee [DNC] Joint Motion to Dismiss in the case of Berg v. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083.

Berg feels confident that he has “Standing” and the Court will allow the case to go forward. Our response was due in 14 days, but the Court requested our answer by Monday, September 29, 2008 and we complied.
In our response we set forth sufficient reasons that I have “Standing” to bring this lawsuit. Furthermore, I set forth additional reasons that indicate Obama does not meet the qualifications for President of the United States and Obama should be removed from the ballot and held accountable.

Berg again stressed his position regarding the urgency of this case as, “we” the people, are heading to a “Constitutional Crisis” if this case is not resolved forthwith.

And you'll never guess who is backing him??? "Bill Clinton". I have seen some blogs and comments on here of folks thinking that this election is all wrapped up and Obama has it in the bag. Well, it isn't over yet and don't be too sure of that. Who knows it may be Hillary who will be the democrats choice come election day. Very interesting!! I came across this in another blog but, have seen this posted on several blogs over the past month or so.

Wow. I missed this. Wonder what the current status is. Amazing how far people will go to oppose a candidate.

I wonder what the qualifications for running for president are? I thought you had to be over 35, born in this country, and not have a felony on your record. I thought that was the one of the beauties of this country - that practically ANYBODY, no matter what their race, sex, creed, beliefs or politics were, could conceivably become president.

I meant *natural born citizen* Apparently that is still not resolved thus why the lawsuit which has been brought about by a Democratic attorney in PA.

Not if they are not a legal citizen of this country they can't. Apparently there is enough question and speculation in his so-called birth certificate. He apparently posted the certificate on the campaign web-site but it appears to be fake. Looks like he is going to have to show *proof* most like the rest of us.

I hadn't heard of this either. How could he possibly come so far without being qualified? I would think that the powers that be would have been certain--are you sure this isn't more smoke and propaganda???

You can copy and paste the web-site into your browser and see there. It is Obamacrimes.com And yes this is going on and has been for awhile now. Who knows how this will play out but, I sure wouldn't count it out. Like I said the Democrats could very well have Hillary as their nominee before election day.

Interesting. I hadn't heard anything about this case. I didn't even know anyone could bring this kind of lawsuit. But then, I guess anyone can sue anyone else for anything they want.

Yes, this has been in the making for awhile now. You know ole B.O. could clear it up if he would produce a *legal* birth certificate but, it seems he doesn't want to do that. Because then he might not be and that would make him in-eligible to run.
